The Hotel Hanford set to open in December, continued ...
This is the second redesign Hanford has given the hotel – the company completed an $8 million renovation in 2000. The 225-room property's new revamp will include a complete redesign of its exterior, guestrooms and public spaces, such as the lobby, meeting rooms, restaurant and bar. The areas will be decorated with an elegant but contemporary feel, and the hotel will also offer its guests an "elevated level of customer service," according to a statement from Hanford.
“We have the unique opportunity to develop a hotel concept from the ground up, which will offer a truly memorable guest experience through original design, upscale amenities and personal attention,” says Sodaro. “The Hotel Hanford will offer Orange County business travelers, visitors and residents the option to stay at a premium hotel with a distinctive personality.”
The Hotel Hanford will remain open during construction, which is set to begin in the fall, and is expected to be completed by spring 2010.
