The city also competed and won NATOA Government Programming Awards in 2003 and 2004.
This
year the NATOA Government Programming Awards celebrated more than 24
years of programming excellence and achievements of local government
programmers across the nation in broadcast, cable, multimedia and
electronic programming. The award categories include topics such as
community events, documentary, public affairs and public service,
interview/talk show, performing arts, sports, election coverage and
children’s issues. Top-placing winners will be recognized at NATOAs Government Programming Awards banquet on Oct. 2.
