Whole Foods Market plans to open at Bella Terra
The grocer will occupy former Circuit City space.

The former Circuit City location at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach will soon be occupied by Whole Foods Market. It's a far cry from the electronics retailer, but it's positive news for local organic food aficionados.
The 32,000-square-foot space is the first location for the open-air grocer in Huntington Beach. And Whole Foods officials believe Bella Terra, an 800,000-square-foot center with a range of retail shops, outdoor venues and a theater, is a strong spot for the store.
“Bella Terra is a great retail space with a wide variety of stores and outdoor venues for the community to enjoy," says Patrick Bradley, president of Whole Foods Market's Southern Pacific region. "This location, with its easy access and visibility, is an ideal choice for us to introduce Whole Foods Market to the Huntington Beach neighborhood.”
