O.C. fairgrounds, continued ...

Both assemblymen showed support for legislation that would keep the property as a fair and exposition center, finishes Roeder.

The Derail the Sale group is encouraging people to attend Thursday's board meeting to discuss their concerns regarding the fairgrounds. It is also asking that those in opposition wear red.

Thursday's Orange County Fair Board meeting takes place at 8:30 a.m. at 88 Fair Drive in Costa Mesa.

Readers Feedback:

the fairgrounds shouldn't be soldat all,it is a county asset and should remain so.If the Orange County Fairgrounds are sold to relieve the state debt then all and every single county and state fairgrounds should be sold as well and not just Orange County's. After all,the California State Debt is a whole state debt and everyone is responsiblity. If one county is penialized than every county must be penilized equally
