Chad Torres The Saywitz Company recently hired Chad Torres as a real estate associate. He will be based in the firm’s Newport Beach office. Torres will assist the company in its continued operations and expansion of transactions in Orange County and in Southern California as well as throughout the country. Prior to joining The Saywitz Company, he worked for Wells Fargo Commercial Banking Group as well as Hopkins Real Estate Group and Sperry Van Ness. Torres received a bachelor’s degree in architecture and finance from Arizona State University. He currently resides in Costa Mesa, Calif.
