David Lanferman Rutan & Tucker, LLP has elevated David Lanferman to partner. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use/Natural Resources and Environmental Law Practice Groups based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. His practice emphasizes real estate development, land use approvals and a wide range of real estate-related litigation. Lanferman's land use expertise includes zoning and subdivision approvals, regulatory compliance, development agreements, environmental mitigation and development impact fees. His extensive real estate litigation experience includes California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) challenges, development fees and conditions of approval, affordable housing, eminent domain, buyer-seller disputes, flood damage and a wide range of land use writs and appeals. He was previously with Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP. He received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
