Mr. Dorfman leads the sales organization and oversees sales strategy and brand development efforts across all Corporate Channels. Although much of his formal education has been dedicated to the study and practice of ADR, this specific organization, (Durable Solutions, LLC), and his current involvement in the ADR field and Mediation community is strictly volunteer in nature. Durable Solutions neither seeks, nor desires any sort of financial gain from our involvement within the field and we accept no financial compensation in return for services rendered. Our practice is strictly not for profit. ? We believe that through open communication all things are possible and that finding common ground and options for mutual-gain between disputing parties is merely a conversation away. Mr. Dorfman's practical personal experiences range from interpersonal disputes between neighbors, landlord-tenant, business to business, family practice, and even gang intervention and mediation. He credits his time in the field working with Chicago's street gangs as being his most challenging and rewarding. ?
