The California Association of Community Managers (CACM) has named Tiffany Lynch, vice president of community management for The Management Trust – Transpacific in Tustin, Calif., to the association’s statewide board of directors. CACM is the leading professional association for community association managers in California.
In addition to managing a diverse portfolio of homeowners associations, Lynch is responsible for the manager personnel at the company and provides ongoing training, mentoring and support to both the on-site and portfolio managers. She is a longtime veteran of the association management industry and has additional expertise in law and commercial real estate construction. Lynch currently serves as chair of CACM’s Legal Advisory Steering Committee in addition to her board membership.
“Tiffany’s appointment to the CACM board of directors is a natural extension of the important role she has already played in the law seminar program offered to our members,” said Karen Conlon, president and CEO of CACM. “Serving on the board of directors is an honor. But it also requires a deep commitment to CACM’s mission to educate and develop knowledgeable, professional community association managers who are highly trained in California law that governs the homeowners associations they manage.”
Based in Laguna Hills, Calif., CACM is the only community association management organization in the nation to offer a California-only educational program leading to the designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) and Master of Community Association Management (MCAM®) for industry professionals. CACM’s membership is comprised of nearly 3,000 California-based professionals from the community association management industry. California is home to more than 48,500 associations.
