The Association for Corporate Growth Orange County is presenting its seventh annual Private Equity Night on Thursday, Jan. 15. Held at the Marconi Automotive Museum in Tustin, the event will showcase deal flow – the rate at which investment offers are presented to funding institutions – and will feature wine tasting.

“If you’re looking for capital to grow your business then this is where you have to be,” says Tracy Albert, ACG O.C.'s president. “There’s no need to make countless inquiries or fly around the country to make a pitch because attendees can meet with private equity investors and other sources of capital right here in our own backyard.”

More than 500 people are expected to attend, ranging from private equity firms, to investment bankers, to attorneys and commercial bankers. Also, more than 35 equity and capital firms from around the U.S. are participating this year.

To register for the event, visit acgoc.org. Admission is $50 for members and $95 for nonmembers before Jan. 9. It costs $75 for members and $125 for nonmembers after Jan. 9.

The event takes place from 5-8 p.m. at 1302 Industrial Drive in Tustin on Jan. 15. ACG O.C. is a worldwide association for professionals involved in corporate growth, development, mergers and acquisitions.
