Aliso Viejo's Shea Properties named superior in national awards
SatisFacts ranked firm in top 5 among 15 companies receiving honor.

Aliso Viejo-based Shea Properties recently received a Superior Portfolio Score for its apartment communities from SatisFacts Research LLC, a resident satisfaction research provider and authority on resident retention for the multifamily industry.
Shea was named one of SatisFacts' top five companies to garner its superior score. The firm is among 15 companies in the nation to garner the superior ranking as part
of SatisFacts' 2008 National Property and Portfolio Awards.This is the fifth year in a row that the firm's apartment portfolio achieved the honor and received a national award from SatisFacts.
Every year, SatisFacts surveys thousands of apartment residents nationwide. The agency uses a five-point satisfaction rating system. It focuses on surveying how residents feel about their living environment and service. SatisFacts conducted a random sampling and telephone methodology as part of the survey of Shea's apartment residents.
