Anaheim University, continued ...

According to another AU spokesperson, David Bracey, “Many of our processes are already digital, and we are now working with the publishers to convert all of our textbooks into e-books so that our entire curriculum can be downloaded and stored on the Sony Electronic Book Reader or the Amazon Kindle."

Anaheim Sustainability programs focus on the 3 Ps:  people, planet and profit. A certificate, diploma or MBA in Sustainable Management (online green MBA) are different curriculum options for those wishing to expand their knowledge and education of environmental and environmentally sound business.

"AU is putting people and planet before profit and we hope that universities around the world will soon join us in becoming not only sustainable but socially responsible institutions,” says Nelson. “To help assist students during these challenging economic times, we have implemented the Tuition Relief Program until June 30. This covers 50 percent of the tuition for any degree-seeking student as well as any Sustainable Management Diploma or Certificate student.

“We have also pledged to do our part in protecting the environment by committing to becoming 100 percent paperless by 2010 and signing the American College & University Presidents Climate Commitment last February."
