AnyMeeting has integrated with the Google Apps Marketplace

Local web conferencing and webinar service is now available to Google users

Huntington Beach-based AnyMeeting has integrated into the Google Apps Marketplace. The free web conferencing and webinar service will now be available to Google or Google App users as a sign-on solution for scheduling or starting an online meeting. The AnyMeeting program can now automatically access a user’s Google contacts to distribute meeting invitations.

Companies using Google Apps will now be able to utilize the free web conferencing solution throughout the organization. Employees will have access to immediate communications and all contacts will be organized in one place.

"Google Apps offers a powerful collaboration tool that is becoming popular among our users in the small business community," said Costin Tuculescu, president and CEO of AnyMeeting. "We are always looking to streamline and simplify access for our users, and integration with Google Apps offers the one-stop solution our users have been looking for."

Key benefits of the AnyMeeting program include free web conferencing, online meetings with up to 200 attendees, 6-way video conferencing, screen sharing, recorded meetings, web event management tools and social media integration.
