    • Serge Tomassian is managing partner in the Law Offices of Throckmorton, Beckstrom & Tomassian, a boutique firm specializing in real estate, construction claims and defects, and business litigation. He is an experienced litigator, trial lawyer, mediator and arbitrator with substantial case histories in these disciplines.
       
    Mr. Tomassian graduated from USC with Phi Beta Kappa Honors, and from McGeorge School of Law in 1983. He received a Certificate in Comparative Law at ESSEC Paris, France. He served as Vice President of the Moot Court Honors Board and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Agency. He was 1st Alternate on the National Champion International Moot Court Team.
