    • Barry Falk is an experienced corporate finance attorney who represents entrepreneurs in many diverse industries. He represents his clients from their initial start-up though the many complex growth capital phases of a business life cycle, including mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Falk is active on several boards of directors, in both public and private companies. He is a partner in a venture capital fund and actively participates in an investment pool. Mr. Falk started his career working for U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in both the Division of Corporate Finance as well as the Division of Enforcement. Prior to working at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission he worked at a national accounting firm. Mr. Falk received his degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and earned his undergraduate degree in accounting.
