BaccHus closes sales on 2 Irvine buildings

The combined purchase prices for both Irvine Center Drive locations are more than $3.6 million.

BaccHus Development sold the 6,000-square-foot office building located at 9860 Irvine Center Drive in Irvine to Happy Medium Ventures LLC for $1,428,480, which equates to $240 per square foot.

The building – part of the BaccHus Signature Series – was delivered in 2007 and sold in shell condition. James Ruiz represented the buyer.

Additionally, the commercial real estate company announced the sale of another building in the Signature Series.
