South Coast Plaza will be home to a newly renovated Banana Republic shop when the store reopens in its current location Nov. 5.
The 19,600-square-foot concept store has been redesigned to reflect the local community and cater to Banana Republic's customers by providing a luxurious shopping experience through product assortment, artwork and amenities, among other features.
“Our new store concept reflects the effortless style of our collections while inviting a fresh sense of discovery and modern appeal,” said Banana Republic President Jack Calhoun. “It is important that we offer our loyal customers a shopping experience that they will appreciate and embrace.”
Updates include a wide, central boulevard with individual themed mini boutiques, such as men's suiting or women's denim. The store will also boast a circular plaza that serves as an accessories station complete with handbags, jewelry and shoes. Services such as professional stylists, hemming and fitting-room checkouts will be offered, as well.
The new Banana Republic Orange County will house both the women's and men's collections on the first and second floors.
