Bomel Construction completes Fashion Island parking structure
The four-level facility boasts nearly 600 spaces.

Anaheim Hills-based Bomel Construction recently completed a new four-level parking garage at upscale retail destination Fashion Island in Newport Beach.
The new 597-stall parking structure – commissioned by the Irvine Co., which owns the center – was finished on time and adjoins an existing structure to create additional spaces for a 138,000-square-foot Nordstrom department store due to open in the spring.
“This project went extremely smooth and was completed right on schedule,” says Larry Harden, vice president of construction, commercial property development for the Irvine Co. “Bomel’s attention to detail and quality is evident in the finished product. The Bomel team is the best in the business.”
