Boost Mobile partners with world-renowned soccer team
The wireless communications firm has sponsored Chivas de Guadalajara since 2008.

Irvine-based Boost Mobile is continuing its partnership with the Club Deportivo Guadalajara (CD Guadalajara), a world-famous soccer team from Mexico. With the help of Soccer United Marketing, Boost will serve as the official wireless sponsor of the U.S. tour games for CD Guadalajara.
With this partnership, Chivas merchandise will be exhibited in Boost Mobile retail stores. Stadiums where the team plays will include a “Chivas Zone” for fans to take part in activities, win prizes and meet Chivas players.
“Boost Mobile has been the official wireless sponsor of CD Guadalajara since 2008, and we are looking forward to continuing this very valuable sponsorship,” said Steve Gaffney, the wireless provider’s vice president of corporate marketing. “Our renewed partnership serves as a strong platform to highlight the value in Boost’s no-contract unlimited nationwide and international offers.”
Other partnerships with Boost Mobile include the WNBA, the Ultimate Fighting Championships and the NASCAR Nationwide Series, among others.
