Boost Mobile sponsors Mexico’s Chivas de Guadalajara soccer team’s 2011 American Tour
The wireless company provides a Chivas Zone at each match, where fans can meet soccer stars.

Irvine-based Boost Mobile for the third year is sponsoring Mexico’s Chivas de Guadalajara, the official soccer team of Guadalajara, in its 2011 American Tour.
“We are very excited to again be part of this great team and enjoy [soccer] in the United States,” said Hector Galvan, Boost Mobile spokesperson.
Boost Mobile, a no-contract wireless provider that’s reputed to offer the industry’s best value for unlimited calling to Mexico, will staff a booth at each match, where fans can make free calls to landline phones throughout Mexico.
In addition, each game will be equipped with a Chivas Zone, where fans can practice soccer-ball juggling and other trick moves, and take photos with the team’s players.
“In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept.15 to Oct. 15), Boost Mobile also celebrates the passion that Hispanics have for soccer by once again joining the most popular and emblematic team of Mexico,” said Galvan.
