The Gala Corp. is one of the leading privately owned hospitality and food services companies in the United States, operating 19 Applebee’s and five Famous Dave’s BBQ locations throughout California, and three Del Taco locations in the Phoenix area. The company also provides management services to multi-unit restaurant ownership groups. “Gala Corp.’s experience and expertise is all-inclusive, ranging from market evaluation and analysis to site acquisition, build-out and staff management,” says the company’s President and CEO Anand Gala. Gala Corp. also has a real estate division that focuses on the selective acquisition, development and management of restaurants and triple-net properties in major metropolitan markets, and a division that considers investments in new businesses that may have a direct benefit to the company’s core business.
