ELA Advertising is a premiere international full-service agency specializing in general market, multicultural, print and interactive advertising, as well as commercial production. Headquartered in Irvine, with offices in Orange and Los Angeles, ELA is one of the
county’s largest advertising agencies. Warner Bros., Disney and Verizon Wireless are among ELA’s list of clients. Founder Andre Filip is also CEO of Andre Filip Style, an urban contemporary lifestyle clothing line, and Filip Entertainment, a film production company.

Something you love about yourself: My sense of humor and lack of fear
Biggest cause of stress: I don’t get stressed. There are solutions to everything. If there truly are no solutions, stressing will not change the outcome, so why waste time and energy being stressed?
What you can’t live without: My cell phone
Worst job: All jobs have made me who I am today. There are skills I’ve learned from sweeping hair at a local barbershop at 7 years old and parking cars after school that I apply to my businesses today. All experiences create your present.
Something most people don’t know about you: I have a background in art. At one point, I was teaching figure drawing and painting.
The song you feel best represents your personality: “30 Something” by Jay-Z; “30’s the new 20 … I’m so HOT STILL!”

Your “I’ve made it!” moment: There are two – walking into my office and seeing my entire team aggressively working like a well-oiled machine and, of course, when I bought my Lamborghini.
