The coupons are available through the Web site, rss feeds, Twitter and eventually through the iPhone, BlackBerry and Facebook. Users can also subscribe to certain shops and then receive alerts in the e-mail whenever that store offers a new promotion.

CheapIrvine.com is in its beta stage and officially launches Aug. 24.
