City Ventures, a real estate investment group in Santa Ana, plans to build 123 homes on a commercially zoned 5.8-acre property on the corner of Prospect Avenue and Imperial Highway in Yorba Linda.

City Ventures owns land and will work with the city to ensure that the development reflects Yorba Linda’s vision for future community development.

City Ventures, which also has offices in Los Angeles and San Diego, specializes in the purchase and restoration of unencumbered, distressed urban properties and transforms them into new residential neighborhoods.

The company currently holds more than 2,000 lots within 13 urban and coastal counties in California that carry an estimated revenue potential of more than $1 billion. The company also owns or controls land in Pasadena, Newport Beach, Santa Barbara, Encinitas, Santa Ana and Claremont.

Readers Feedback:

We don't need more houwing on Prospect. The traffic is absolutely insane due to the industrial area and especially the stupid private school which by the way, plans to add a high school. During school hours it is oinsane. You people are crazy. Go build somewhere else.
