Due to what medical experts are predicting to be one of the worst flu seasons in recent history, Coastal Kids Pediatric Medical Group says it will continue to supply doses of the H1N1 vaccine to the public. The vaccine can be administered at any of Coastal Kids’ three Orange County locations.

The health care provider is embarking on a plan to make sure that every dose its practice receives will be used to protect the public, according to Coastal Kids Medical Director Steven Abelowitz.

“As health care providers, we are committed to providing our communities the necessary treatments to keep them healthy,” he says.

While many local health care agencies are lacking the H1N1 vaccine, Coastal Kids says it received 15,000 doses last month.
