First Job: Scooping ice cream at a Haagen-Dazs store on Balboa Island
Carrie Williams is a Newport Beach native with an extensive background in branding, marketing, public relations and communications for Fortune 500 companies. In 2010, Williams joined forces with commercial real estate broker Louis Tomaselli to found 360 Commercial Partners. Despite launching during the recession and amid the worst real estate decline in decades, she has used her expertise to help 360 Commercial Partners get attention in the local commercial real estate sector. One of her innovations: taking marketing into new areas – working with lifestyle media, forging a partnership with a local residential real estate firm and advertising at John Wayne Airport. “The constant need to stay ahead of the game fuels my creative side,” she says. Williams is also contributing editor of Riviera magazine.
Advice to women in business: “Support other women by creating partnerships, making referrals and mentoring up-and-coming women.”
