Since joining Johnny Rockets in 2008, Cozette Phifer Koerber rose from corporate communications director to vice president of brand marketing and corporate communications. She has driven successful internal and external positioning platforms with her communication skills. Koerber has developed crisis management plans, launched global press releases, wrote reams of speeches and led Johnny Rockets into social marketing before it was the thing to do.
