![]() With plans to expand the company into five markets nationwide and increase its client base to 2,500 restaurants in the next year, Rezaei is well on the way to reaching his goal of making DishClips “a household brand that everyone can recognize.” Both men acknowledge that success isn’t born out of rigid perfection. Rezaei says the best business advice he’s received is not to be a perfectionist, and Firoozi emphasizes the need to embrace change. To Rezaei, the ultimate motivator is the opportunity that his success has provided for him to give back to others in the community; he mentors young people who are starting their own businesses and helps them through the process.
