Although Matt Petteruto joined the Orange County Business Council (OCBC) in January, he has already achieved notable success. Under his leadership, the OCBC will host the first-ever California Economic Summit in San Jose this month (May 11), where California businesspeople will discuss ideas for the state’s economic development. Petteruto also hosted a business delegation from China, encouraging international trade in O.C.
“[The OCBC needs] to continue to serve as an example of how things should be done in California,” he says.
This dynamic business leader is always looking for opportunities to take on new challenges, and is especially proud of the positive impact he had on Orange County while serving as the chief of staff for Orange County Supervisor Bill Campbell.
