When Josh McCarter was appointed CEO of GramercyOne, he brought a wealth of business savvy to the software company. Previously, McCarter was president of Irvine-based Arbitech, which was named among the Orange County Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work in the OC.”
McCarter led GramercyOne in its transition to an independent company after it broke off from parent company SpaFinder.

While his greatest passion is “building and growing something; a new business, a new product, a new relationship or a corporate culture that energizes everyone,” he says his most significant accomplishment is his family, including his two daughters.
