Patrick Strader is a lawyer at his own firm, CEO of real estate development firm Starpointe Ventures and the lead entitlement consultant to Five Points Communities. As a lawyer, he wants to change the way the state of California treats its residents and businesses.
“We have the best natural resources and raw materials in the country, and the only thing preventing us from achieving success is inertia. I would like to help get it moving in the right direction,” he says.
