A successful businessman and ardent philanthropist, Quy Nguyen, who goes by “Q,” has embedded a commitment to philanthropy into Allyance’s core values. The company donates time and money to a variety of nonprofit organizations; when a company refers a client to Allyance, the firm will donate to the company’s charity of choice.
Nguyen rallies others to support charitable causes through social media, inspiring others to take an active involvement in the community. For the past three years, Nguyen has gathered Allyance employees to organize a
Turkey Drive to provide Thanksgiving meals to families through Miracles for Kids.
Nguyen’s business success translates to more funds and opportunities to give back to charitable organizations. For the past 15 years, he has helped run Camp Footprints, a facility for disabled children, and says the experience has shaped his personality. His philosophy is, “The more successful I am, the more I can give back. And that is what I strive for.”
He follows advice that NBA Hall of Famer Magic Johnson gave him: “Don’t just deliver, overdeliver. Always know your customer, and make your business about your customer.” allyance.net
