If someone shows up at Roxy’s Huntington Beach headquarters in a suit and tie, it’s a sure bet that person doesn’t work there. “You know they’re a banker, lawyer or some other outside appointment,” says Executive Vice President Randy Hild. “And you can bet that the next time they come back, they won’t be wearing a suit.”
But a casual dress code isn’t the only perk for employees. The company rewards its workers with flexible schedules, once-a-month Friday happy hours and company parties at venues like the House of Blues or the beach.
