Who or what inspires you: This job – when I’m dealing with families to place in extended care, I make a difference in each person’s life. This has a far-reaching, lasting effect, even on their overall health. Advice to other women in business: Never underestimate how you can make a difference. You can make a difference even in a small way. Youth affords us the benefit of not yet knowing that out of 35 million senior citizens in the United States, 52 percent have a disability.
