First job: Coch Industries, an oil refinery in Wichita – I was hired as a pipeline scheduler.
Who or what inspires you: A sense of urgency – my father passed away at a very young age, so you just never know. Carpe diem.
Advice to other women in business: Work hard and don’t give up. Hard work always pays off, just maybe not directly or as quickly as you want it to.
