ALBERT KOOwner, co-founder and chief marketing officer of cheapcheapcheap.com Albert Ko has found huge success and doesn’t even have to leave home. Ko runs cheapcheapcheap.com, a Web site that finds customers great prices on retail goods. In only two years, his site is now receiving millions of hits per year and is still going strong. The most significant challenge you’ve had to overcome, and how you did it: Becoming an entrepreneur – I had to just risk it and decided to do it when others thought I couldn’t. The most important lesson learned: Be humble. The next big step: Implement new technology and grow the brand. Advice for other young professionals: Respect everybody you meet. Everyone can help. You can learn a lot from others who succeeded, but more from those who failed. What you do for fun: Piano, travel, fellowship, wines, trying new food and composing trance music If you could have dinner with anyone – alive or dead – who would it be and why? My grandfather – I’d like to understand how he went from being a farmer into a businessman. Through his failures, he learned to succeed.
