When it comes to business law, Marcereau is a champion with a winning record of complex litigation, court trials, arbitrations and appeals behind him. He’s represented clients in cases ranging from contract disputes and property infringement, to class action suits and construction litigation. In fact, he’s successfully arbitrated a number of cases against Caltrans, including one that resulted in a $12.1 million judgment – among the largest awards against the agency. “That’s the exact amount,” he says. “I know, because I have the check on my wall!”
