Any list of the most accomplished and sought-after real estate agents in coastal Orange County will most likely include Jacqueline Thompson of Surterre Properties. Although her brokerage doesn’t give specifics, she’s one of the top agents, even though she’s been in the business for only a few years.
“I came into the business when it was declining, so I’ve never seen a good market,” she says. “But somehow that hasn’t stopped me from brokering deal after deal.”
Thompson is known for her sales leadership in the luxury residential market and for delivering the industry’s most attentive client service, which result in longstanding relationships with her clients. In 2009, she sold more than $31 million in custom estate properties in Shady Canyon, an exclusive enclave for which she is recognized as a sales expert. She also represents luxury clients throughout Newport Coast, especially in Pelican Crest, Pelican Hill and Pelican Point, as well as Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach.
