Vincenzo Spinnato grew up watching “The Young and the Restless” with his grandmother and knew he wanted to work in a cosmetics business like the soap opera’s fictional Jabot Cosmetics line.
By age 10, he was developing fragrances; by 15 he was designing perfume bottles; and by 18 he was pitching himself to places like Revlon and Estee Lauder in Manhattan.
His company, VS Vincenzo, is opening its own laboratory in Newport Beach, and an author is working on a book about his life.
