Jasun Weiner has taken a two-person Irvine office founded with his father six years ago and transformed the Street Surfing name into a multimillion-dollar globally recognized brand with a 500 percent growth rate. The company sells skateboards, scooters, helmets, clothing and accessories to the young and young at heart around the world.
More than just a businessman, Weiner also has a philanthropic side. His company has created the PE Program, donating equipment and instructors for classes benefiting 4 million children around the world. In addition, Weiner works with Isaiah’s Rock, serving needy families, and Corazon de Vida, benefiting Baja California orphanages.
Residing in Laguna Beach, Weiner exemplifies the O.C. lifestyle by playing most sports and riding his customized Waveboard around town. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Latin American and Iberian studies. He speaks five languages and plays many instruments, including the drums, piano, guitar and saxophone.
