![]() At 34, Bryan Starr is the youngest CEO in the 72-year history of the BIA Orange County chapter, and serves as the lead advocate and spokesman for the real estate development industry here. Over the past year, Starr has been instrumental in helping sustain the battered development industry by saving BIA/OC members tens of millions of dollars in development fee reductions and regulatory relief. He did this by working with public agencies to help remove excess government regulations and taxes. Starr also serves as a board member on the Irvine Community Land Trust, where he helps champion permanent affordable housing projects. He has also been appointed by the Orange County Board of Supervisors to serve as vice chairman for O.C. Waste and Recycling and is involved with O.C. Housing Providers, OCTA Stakeholder Advisory Committee and the Orange County Council of Governments.
