Hard

the production boutique firm Related Gray has adopted. When they’re not
surfing on their breaks or playing the latest video games, employees
are creating CG animation, motion graphics and 3D models for clients
such as Autodesk and Bacardi.
Founded by 20-somethings, the
cubicle-less office features a billiard table, sofas and an HD
projector that casts a 100-inch image of Blu-Ray discs or video games.
Just outside the office, employees have access to a mini-skate ramp and
a rack of surfboards, so they can hit the waves when surf’s up.
But
the perks don’t end there: In reward for a job well done, each employee
was given a Honda Ruckus street scooter. It’s not uncommon to spot them
riding to lunch together. And don’t think people haven’t noticed. In
fact, locals have given them the nickname “The Brea Ruckus Crew.”
With no set work hours and plenty of play, there are no boring days at Related Grey.
