We spent months poring over nominations from the region’s work force, and now our long-awaited annual list is finally here! Did your company make the cut?

When Orange County’s work force talks, OC METRO listens. We spent
months collecting and reviewing nominations from employees who work at
companies large and small, traditional and not-so-traditional. What did
we learn?
For
starters, we found out that sometimes intangible benefits mean the most
to workers: a caring atmosphere that values an employee’s commitments
to family and the community, for
example. It’s also clear that big-league companies have the resources
to offer their staffs some big-time perks, such as an on-site gym.
But
perhaps the most important thing we learned is that Orange County has a
wealth of companies that offer work environments and employee cultures
to match just about every personality imaginable.
