Anton Segerstrom
In his 24 years as South Coast Plaza’s general manager, Anton Segerstrom has seen many changes in the area.
Since the 1990s, the main mall and Crystal Court have been remodeled, and the gap between the two shopping areas has been connected by a bridge.
Segerstrom has been married nine years and has two children, ages 6 and 8. “We enjoy living here,” Segerstrom says. He and his family have no plans of leaving Orange County.
An active member of the community, Segerstrom has been involved with the Orange County Museum of Art, the Laguna Art Museum, Someone Cares Soup Kitchen and the Second Harvest Food Bank. He also currently holds the position of vice chairman of KCRW radio.
