When Mike Goode made OC METRO’s first Hot 25 list, he was working as a chief inancial officer for a major Irvine Co. subdivision, and was serving as president of the county’s Mental Health Association.
But in 1999, he landed a position with TREE Software and Consulting and moved to the East Coast, and the company soon placed him in charge of managing its newly opened West Coast office.
In 2003, Goode launched Integrated Real Estate Resources, which provides customized software, financial modeling and analytical support for large real estate owners and developers.
