![]() Giannulli later became the youngest-ever CEO of a company traded on the New York Stock Exchange. In the spring of 2000, Mossimo, Inc. announced a multi-product licensing agreement with Target stores, allowing Giannulli’s company to design a broader range of products and take advantage of Target’s merchandising power and distribution capabilities. In 2004, Giannulli acquired Modern Amusement, a men’s and women’s contemporary collection known for its creative graphic designs. Giannulli continues his work with Modern Amusement.
