WHAT YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR WORK: The most satisfying part of my job is the knowledge that I am able to make a difference in the lives of people who have pets with cancer. We provide hope and options, with the assurance that the most important criterion is quality of life.
PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY: Be honest with myself. Work hard and play hard. Give back. I am only as good as those around me. Provide others with the tools to succeed and achieve their goals, as their success fuels mine.
PROUDEST PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT, AND WHY IT STANDS OUT: Being named the third-best place to work in the state of California is my proudest professional achievement. I like knowing that I have successfully created – and continually strive for – an environment for my employees where they are nurtured and challenged, have pride in their work and truly believe that they can make a difference in other people’s lives.
ADVICE FOR WOMEN ENTERING THE WORK FORCE: Follow your dreams, keep positive people around you and work hard, and you can achieve anything you put your mind to!
