![]() The 2010 U.S. Major Provider Business Telecommunications Study is based on responses from about 5,440 business customers in the U.S. Customers who were surveyed indicated a significant decline in service outages, with the biggest improvement among small or midsize businesses. “Cox’s focus on delivering enterprise-level service to smaller business reflects this trend and is indicated in its high satisfaction scores,” according to the report. In 2006 and 2008, Cox also received the highest ranking among small-business data providers in similar J.D.
