Fountain Valley-based D-Link's surveillance systems have been selected to secure the Sports Museum of Los Angeles' massive collection of memorabilia.

Hailed as America's largest sports museum, some 10,000 iconic artifacts and collectibles are on display in the 32,000-square-foot facility. Among them: Babe Ruth's record-breaking home run bat and a ball hit by Joe DiMaggio. The museum represents baseball, basketball, football and tennis, as well as a number of other sports. It requires the highest level of security, according to D-Link.

Eighty-eight D-Link 2-Way Audio Internet Cameras, as well as 88 Power over Ethernet Adapters have been implemented throughout the museum to safeguard it from harm.
