D-Link, Unisys team up for support package
The Fountain Valley-based company's partnership will strengthen its hardware maintenance services.

D-Link, a manufacturer and developer of networking products, and Unisys, an information technology solutions company based in Pennsylvania, expect their collaboration to increase software awareness and usability for clients.
Unisys will provide maintenance for D-Link customers in North America through the D-Link Care Support Packages. The program brings network and equipment coverage for network switching, storage and Internet protocol surveillance for computers.
Through the partnership, D-Link now covers one of the largest geographical areas with quick-response help and service. Experts are dispatched within four hours of the customer's call, depending on the selection. Customers can choose 24-7 onsite support or next-business-day help with Unisys to get the software operating correctly again.
The D-Link Care Support Packages start just under $50.
