Boomerang Banana is the 10th pancake flavor for the company, which specializes in healthy, wholesome alternatives in the popular breakfast food, with real fruit, whole grains and organic flour. Other flavors include Better Batter Buttermilk, Sinful Cinnamon and Vivacious Vanilla.
And the company plans to launch a gluten-free line, as well as cupcake kits with three flavors – red velvet, bourbon vanilla and chocolate – this year, among other goals.
Daddy Cakes and Paul Frank plan to announce distribution outlets for Boomerang Banana in the coming weeks, and it will also be available on daddycakesbakery.com and select Paul Frank stores.
